Supporting those who shape the future
I am a dedicated leader in early childhood education and program development, passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children, educators, and families. With a background in educational media, learning & development, and management, I have spent my career designing high-impact programs that foster curiosity, community, and growth.

As a Program Director, I supervised educators and parent volunteers, ensuring an enriching and inclusive preschool experience. I successfully developed community-building initiatives, created processes and procedures, hired and trained educators, oversaw admissions, managed compliance with state licensing regulations, and so much more. My expertise extends to strategic planning, curriculum development, and collaborating with child development specialists to support young learners.

Before my role as Program Director, I worked as a Program Manager at The Bay Area Discovery Museum, where I led innovative early childhood programs that blended STEM, socio-emotional learning, and creative exploration. I have also launched new educational programs, mentored educators, and managed complex operational needs.

I hold a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Child Development from Mills College. My passion for supporting educators and school leaders led me to create ECE Supports, where I provide consulting services to help early childhood programs thrive. I believe in the power of clear communication, strategic planning, and community engagement to create lasting impact in early education.
